1. Introduction:
IMIGRATS (imigratsz.com) is a "Visa & Immigration Consultancy" that was established in 2004 in DUBAI (Dubai - Inited Arab Emirates).
IMIGRATS always CARES & VALAUE about its valued CLIENTS ON almost HIGH LEVELS, and in the whole dealing, process and relationship, consider clients as a Family and/or Friend.
Through IMIGRATS (imigratsz.com), our clients are also equipped with our best and most advanced professional skills and facilities.
Our multilingual Consultants team is specialized in residency procedures and from day one ensures that our clients can successfully obtain all necessary "Permits & Approval Documents"
in a timely manner and on priority basis.
2. Information We Collect:

We collect only the necessary information of the client' required to process your “Visa Approval Applications” for “Visa Approval Document(s)”, which as of our current information and
knowledge includes as below:

For cancellations made after 30 minutes but before processing has started, either a service charge of EUR 1500 and/or a cancellation fee of EUR 3000 or both charges per
applicant per case will apply, depending on the time invested by our visa expert(s)/consultant(s).
2.2.
Applications cancelled within 30 minutes of payment are eligible for a full refund.
2.3.
For cancellations made after 30 minutes but before processing has started, either a service charge of EUR 1500 and/or a cancellation fee of EUR 3000 or both charges per
applicant per case will apply, depending on the time invested by our visa expert(s)/consultant(s).
2.4.
Once an application has been processed or submitted to relevant individual, entities, company, the firm and/or authorities, in such condition it cannot be cancelled
nor refunded, as Fees/Charges/taxes are strictly non-refundable.
2.5.
No refund will be issued unless an official cancellation request is made by email in written along with a confirmation mobile call with an SMS in written sent to us
as a proof for refund. If document or documents are pending, then the applicant must either provide the required document(s) or send us a written cancellation request.
If payment(s) is pending, then the applicant must either provide pending required payments or send a us a written cancellation request for refund along with a written SMS,
emails and SMS number is mentioned bottom, in the material.
• Data Usage:
We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform. This includes:

We may disclose client's information if required to do so by the law or in the response to the valid requests by the public authorities (e.g., court, court orders,
government agencies, goverment authorities, goverment ministries, notary public).
• With Your (Client's) Consent:
We may share client's information with other parties with client's explicit consent.

IMIGRATS (imigratsz.com) implement robust security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However,
no security system is impenetrable, therefore IMIGRATS (imigratsz.com) cannot guarantee absolute security.
