SUPPORT AND SERVICE PROVIDER AND IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH ANY EMBASSY, CONSULATE, OR GOVERNMENT AUTHORITY/MINISTRY.
BY ACCESSING AND/OR USING (imigrats.com) IMIGRATS'S WEBSITE (INCLUDING ITS CONTENT AND MATERIAL) AND/OR PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICE(S), YOU HEREBY
AGREE AND BOUND TO THESE TERMS AND CLAUSES OF THESE "TERMS AND CONDITIONS" AND THIS "AGREEMENT" AND "REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY".

AND/OR IMIGRATS'S SERVICE(S).
1. Scope of Work:
The Client is formally engaging the services of the IMIGRATS. These services, referred to as "Services for getting Residency Approval Document(s)/Certificate(s)
for Residency Visa & Residency Card" which will entitle the client to apply for his/her residency visa in The Embassy/Consulate.
The IMIGRATS (IMIGRATS Visa & Immigration Consultancy) is committed for such service towards and in favour of client’s success for getting his/her
Residency Approval Document(s)/Certificate(s).
Such Residency Approval Document(s)/Certificate(s) will be 100% Legal, Authentic and Genuine as per the requirements of The Embassy/Consulate.
2. Project Specifics:
The project is scheduled to commence from the day of first payment made by the client and/or first document submitted by the Client. After this date,
the project will continue until its completion, unless cancelled or terminated as per the provisions of this document and/or this document's "Terms & Conditions"
and/or "Privacy Policy" and/or "Refund Policy" of The IMIGRATS (IMIGRATS Visa & Immigration Consultancy).
IMIGRATS's (our) service obligations and services are completely fulfilled at the time of receiving approval documents/certificates from IMIGRATS and/or at the time of submission of
such approval documents/certificates in the Embassy/Consulate and outcome relay stages.
3. Conditions of Service:
By continuing to use this website and/or approaching and/or proceeding with The IMIGRATS (IMIGRATS Visa & Immigration Consultancy) for their service, you acknowledge that you have
loudly read, understand and agree to our “Terms & Conditions”, “Privacy Policy”, "Refund Policy" and including all our other conditions and its clauses.

very important and mandatory.
By calling us directly on our given contact number or by WhatsApp message which are also mandatory, you will get a quick and immediate reply from us on our priority basis.
5. About IMIGRATS:
imigrats.com is operated by The IMIGRATS (IMIGRATS Visa & Immigration Consultancy) and is an independent "visa & residency" support and service provider and is not affiliated with
any embassy, consulate, or government authority/ministry.
6. Package & Charges of IMIGRATS:
Our package and service charges may include Government Fees/Charges, Package Charges, Processing Charges and Service Charges for client's assistance and/or documentation
support under the laws & regulations of the land.
7. Key Refund Terms:
7.1.
For cancellations made after 30 minutes but before processing has started, either a service charge of EUR 1500 and/or a cancellation fee of EUR 3000 or both charges per
applicant per case will apply, depending on the time invested by our visa expert(s)/consultant(s).
7.2.
Applications cancelled within 30 minutes of payment are eligible for a full refund.
7.3.
For cancellations made after 30 minutes but before processing has started, either a service charge of EUR 1500 and/or a cancellation fee of EUR 3000 or both charges per
applicant per case will apply, depending on the time invested by our visa expert(s)/consultant(s).
7.4.
Once an application has been processed or submitted to relevant individual, entities, company, the firm and/or authorities, in such condition it cannot be cancelled
nor refunded, as Fees/Charges/taxes are strictly non-refundable.
7.5.
No refund will be issued unless an official cancellation request is made by email in written along with a confirmation mobile call with an SMS in written sent to us
as a proof for refund. If document or documents are pending, then the applicant must either provide the required document(s) or send us a written cancellation request.
If payment(s) is pending, then the applicant must either provide pending required payments or send a us a written cancellation request for refund along with a written SMS,
emails and SMS number is mentioned bottom, in the material.
7.6.
Pending document(s) or payment(s) must be provided/paid within 10 days from the first transaction of proceeding(s) and/or the first payment(s) made and/or the first
document(s) submitted, failing to do so “Application/Payment/Package” will be considered as "canceled/closed-case" and such matter will be terminated immediately
without any further notice or action or discussion, and amount paid including document(s) submitted will not be refunded/return-back in such condition(s)/term(s).
7.7.
For detailed conditions, including cases involving processing delays, embassy referrals, pending documents or separate applications, please refer to our "Refund & Cancellation Policy".
7.8.
No cancellation or refund will be issued unless an official request is emailed. If documents are pending, the applicant must either submit the required documents or send a written cancellation request.
A Refund and/or cancellation request must be sent by the client form their registered email id which was spuosed to be mentioned in the application during the starting process of the application for IMIGRATS's service.
A refund request or dispute or chargeback will not be considered valid unless a refund request is officially submitted via/through client’s registered and provided email id from/to emailed to IMIGRATS, such contact number
and email id are mentioned below in these "terms and clauses" of contact details.
7.9.
If document(s) and/or payment(s) is/are pending, then the applicant must either submit the required document(s) and/or pending payment(s) or send IMIGRATS a written cancellation request.
A Refund request must be sent form the email id registered during the application(s).
8. Conditions for Refund:
To qualify for above said refund, your visa must be rejected for reasons unrelated to your personal background or insufficient documentation. Specifically, the refund applies if:
8.1.
Your application for your "Approval Document" is denied due to issues such as processing delays, administrative errors, or incorrect procedures made and/or occured by/from IMIGRATS.
8.2.
You (client) must had provided all required documentations including “Tenancy Agreement” and paid full payments as specified in our guidelines to the client and/or mutually agreed terms and clauses in-between Client and IMIGRATS.
9. Compensation for Services:
In consideration of the services provided by imigrats.com which is operated by The IMIGRATS (IMIGRATS Visa & Immigration Consultancy), the Client must have to pay the consultancy
charges for the sum of €5,000 Euro per person per case for the full-time consulting services rendered.
10. Processing Timeline:
Processing time provided by us is estimated based on past records and typical approvals from the respective relevant authorities. These timelines are intended for general guidance
and may vary depending on client’s individual case.
While our team initiates processing immediately to help meet typical turnaround times, visa approval timelines are controlled solely by the respective ministries and/or
authorities.
Delays from the respective ministries and/or authorities due to the further review, verification checks, customer background, nationality, peak volumes, public holidays, or
document validation do not qualify for a refund. As outcomes and timings rest with the respective ministries and/or authorities, the processing fee/charges are
non-refundable in any circumstances.
Our (IMIGRATS) "Service, Liabilities and Obligation(s)" for client's "Approval Document(s)" will be considered and treated as accomplished and fulfilled once client
receives “Approval Document(s)” from us (IMIGRATS).
11. Delay/Pending:
Ethics of IMIGRATS always bound IMIGRATS to always be in favor of our valued clients in any circumstances and outcomes till client succeeds in his/her requested outcome.
IMIGRATS always understand its limitations and boundaries but above all always try to help its clients to get succeed.
11.1
Concerned ministries or authorities of the land may request additional documents which might take a little bit long time to get client's approval documents.
11.2.
In The Embassy or Consulate, at the time of submitting Client's application, approval documents along with other required documents, Embassy, Consulate, immigration, ministries or authorities
might furthermore review the client's application, which is beyond our (IMIGRATS) control.
11.3.
We (IMIGRATS) cannot guarantee exact processing timelines, as outcomes always depend on the procedures and decisions of the Embassy, Consulate and/or Immigration, Ministries and/or Authorities.
11.4.
"No Approval - No Payment" do not apply if client's documents, payments and/or any required matter is pending due to whatsoever reason from the client’s side.
11.5.
If any document, payment and/or any required matter is pending from the client or client's side due to whatsoever reason, for more than 7 days then in such scenario payments paid to us and/or
documents submitted to us will not be refunded nor returned back to the client for whatsoever reason given or submitted by/from the client to us. Then in such scenario client's application
will be automatically terminated/closed and will be considered as closed matter. This is a must.
12. Fees and Payments:
Please note that visa requirements, fees, and documentation guidelines may change at any time based on updates from relevant Embassy, Consulate and/or Immigration, Ministry,
Authorities, and such changes may occur without any prior notice.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all information provided to IMIGRATS is accurate and up-to-date.
12.1.
Client agrees that client’s credit card will be charged once client’s payment is successfully verified.
12.2.
By proceeding, client agrees to pay all applicable fees and charges for the package/service which was requested by the client and offered by IMIGRATS to the client.
12.3.
Such Fees/Payments which include fees, charges, taxes, vat or any additional charges related to the client selected service.
12.4.
"No Approval - No Payment" do not apply if client's documents, payments and/or any required matter is pending due to whatsoever reason from the client’s side.
12.5.
If any document, payment and/or any required matter is pending from the client or client's side due to whatsoever reason, for more than 7 days then in such scenario payments paid to us and/or
documents submitted to us will not be refunded nor returned back to the client for whatsoever reason given or submitted by/from the client to us. Then in such scenario client's application
will be automatically terminated/closed and will be considered as closed matter. This is a must.
13. Service Description:
We strive to ensure that all service descriptions and related information on the website are clear and up to date. However, visa requirements, fees, processes and processing time
may change at any time without prior notice from the relevant Embassy, Consulate and/or Immigration authorities.
While we aim for accuracy, there may occasionally be delays in updating certain details.
By using this site, you acknowledge that imigrats.com which is operated by The IMIGRATS (IMIGRATS Visa & Immigration Consultancy), is not liable for any unintentional inaccuracies
or outdated information related to service descriptions, pricing, or processing timelines.
14. Rush and Urgent Visa Services:
We offer optional Rush and Urgent “Visa Approval Document(s)” for Support Services designed to prioritize the internal handling of time-sensitive applications.
These services aim to place your application at the top of our internal processing queue for timely and focused handling by our team of consultants.
In some cases, Rush and Urgent services may include additional charges imposed for the expedited processing. Our role is to submit your application and documents promptly
and facilitate the process as efficiently as possible within the scope of our consultancy service.
Please note that while we prioritize the handling of your application under Rush and Urgent services, the final review and decision timelines are determined solely by the respective
authorities. These timelines may vary based on the specific requirements and procedures of the destination country.
By choosing Rush and Urgent services, you acknowledge that while we will give special attention to your application, external factors—including government processing times, policy changes,
or fee updates—may affect the final outcome or timeline, and are beyond and outside our control.
15. Package Fees/Charges:
Requirements for “Visa Approval Document”, fees, and processing guidelines are subject to change at any time without any prior notice.
Application and supporting documents may also be updated or revised based on the discretion of The Embassy or consulate. And The Embassy or consulate may request additional documentation(s)
or deny visa issuance without providing a reason that is beyond and outside our control.
Processing times provided by us to the client are purely estimated based on typical conditions and are intended for reference only. Actual processing times may vary based on individual
circumstances and decisions made by the relevant authorities.
While we strive to provide accurate information, these timeframes are not guaranteed. IMIGRATS is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or any financial or travel-related losses resulting
from visa denials or processing delays.
We reserve the right to decline the processing of any application if documentation is incomplete, processing time is insufficient, non-completion of payment(s), or if unusual circumstances arise that prevent timely submission.
16. Pending Documents / No Response:
Ethics of IMIGRATS always bound IMIGRATS to always be in favor of our valued clients in any circumstances and outcomes till client succeeds in his/her requested outcome.
Where required documents are not provided, are incomplete, or there is no response within the requested timeline (timeline will not be more than 10 days) of no response
from client’s side, then in such condition the application cannot proceed and no refund will be processed or refunded.
If cancelation is requested within the permitted window before submission; in such case, only applicable service/cancelation charges will be deducted as per policy
Once "Fees/Charges/Document(s)" submitted to concerned relevant individual, concerned entity, concerned company/department/firm, concerned ministry and/or authority in
such terms and clauses fees/charges will be considered non-refundable with no any furthermore liabilities to IMIGRATS for refund any amount or document to the client.
IMIGRATS always understand its limitations and boundaries but above all always try to help its clients to get succeed.
If any document, payment and/or any required matter is pending from the client or client's side due to whatsoever reason, for more than 7 days then in such scenario payments paid to us and/or
documents submitted to us will not be refunded nor returned back to the client for whatsoever reason given or submitted by/from the client to us. Then in such scenario client's application
will be automatically terminated/closed and will be considered as closed matter. This is a must.
17. Referred to Embassy / Further Review:
If an application is referred to an Embassy/Consulate or placed under further review (e.g., additional documents, biometrics, interview, or manual assessment), in such
term and/or clause no refund will be processed or refunded.
As such referrals are determined by immigration based on factors like nationality, travel history, and security checks, which totally fall outside our control.
Our (IMIGRATS) "Service, Liabilities and Obligation(s)" for client's "Approval Document(s)" will be considered and treated as accomplished and fulfilled once client
receives “Approval Document(s)” from us (IMIGRATS).
18. Privacy:
We encourage all users to review our [Privacy Statement] carefully before using the site or our service. By continuing to use IMIGRATS, you agree to the practices outlined in that policy.
19. Communications:

29. Entire Agreement:
These Terms & Conditions, along with this Privacy Statement, form the complete agreement between the "Client" and "IMIGRATS". No other communication or document shall modify or override
this agreement unless confirmed in writing by both parties with their signature affix on the agreement.
